We sign it into the Pro and Enterprise contract. If within 90 days from your club's go-live we don't have: (a) Internet.nl at 100 % on your public website, (b) an active match-finder among your members and (c) internal ranking generating matches, we refund every monthly fee paid. No discussion.
The free pilot and Starter don't need this clause: the first because you don't pay, the second because you can leave next month.

What happens if I exceed my tier's court limit?
We notify you when you get close to the limit and propose moving up. We never block usage and never silently charge extras. Going from 8 courts on Pro to 10 means you move to Enterprise the next month with prorated invoice.
Can I change tier mid-month?
Yes. Moving up is instant (features unlock that same day) and prorated on the next invoice. Moving down takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle so contracted features don't break mid-month. No penalty either way.
Is there a discount for annual upfront payment?
Yes, two months free on B2B (pay 10, use 12) and 18 % off on B2C Premium (€49/year vs €4.99/mo × 12 = €59.88). On Enterprise we negotiate case by case because the annual contract is the norm.
How do I pay?
Card or SEPA direct debit through Stripe. We issue electronic invoices from Enekui SL (VAT ID on invoice) and report to Spanish tax authorities via Verifactu once it applies to your bracket.
What if I want to leave? Can I take my data?
No lock-in on Starter and Pro. You notify 7 days before cycle close and you're out. We export members, booking history, payments and rankings in standard CSV + JSON. The day after contract end we delete your production data (encrypted backups are retained 90 days for accounting law, then destroyed).
Do you use Stripe Connect? Who collects the member's money?
Yes, Stripe Connect Custom. The member's payment goes directly to the club's Stripe account. We never hold your members' funds. That's why we charge zero commission per booking on our end · you only pay Stripe's standard fees (1.4 % + €0.25 on EU cards) to the bank.
Do I have to migrate my members? What does it cost?
Migration is included on every tier, even Free Pilot. We provide a CSV template (or export directly from Matchpoint/Playtomic/Excel/ClubMatic) and we load members, booking history and active passes within 48–72 h. No extra cost, no "setup fee".
How does Verifactu and electronic invoicing work?
Padellix issues invoices to your members from the payments module complying with Verifactu (signature + chain + real-time AEAT submission) and Spain's Crea y Crece B2B law. Included from Starter at no extra cost. If you already have accounting software, we export movements in SII/Verifactu-ready format.
Where is my data hosted?
AWS Europe (Ireland, eu-west-1). Encrypted backup in eu-west-3 (Paris). Neither AWS nor us move data outside the EU. KMS encryption at-rest (customer-managed keys on Pro and Enterprise) and TLS 1.3 in-transit. Internet.nl 100 % in production.
Any discount for non-profit clubs or federations?
Yes. 30 % permanent discount for non-profit clubs, regional federations and adaptive padel programs. Send us your bylaws or fiscal certificate and we apply it to the first invoice.
