§ 02Registration details

Adianny Ramírez Armenteros is registered as a self-employed professional with the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT) and the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers (RETA) of the Social Security since 20 February 2023.

The commercial brand ENEKUI (which includes the Padellix service) is registered with the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM) with application number M4377147 and online registration 202699801198497, filed on 28 April 2026 under Nice classes 09, 35, 41, 42 and 45.

The incorporation of Enekui SL as a limited liability company is scheduled for Q3 2026. When it is registered with the A Coruña Commercial Registry, ownership of the Padellix service will be transferred to the company by notarial deed and this legal notice will be updated to reflect the corresponding registration details (tax ID, volume, folio, sheet). Users with an active contract will be notified by email of the change of holder.

§ 03Purpose of the site

The padellix.io site and its subdomains provide information about the Padellix service (SaaS for padel clubs and players) and allow registration on the platform, plan subscription and product access. Contractual conditions are governed by the Terms of service and the Privacy policy.

§ 04Access and usage conditions

Access to the website is free in its public sections. Access to private areas requires prior registration. By accessing the site you accept these terms of use and the other published legal texts.

You undertake to use the site properly, not for unlawful purposes or to harm the service holder or third parties, and not to introduce viruses or malicious software.

§ 05Intellectual and industrial property

The Padellix brand, distinctive signs, site design, editorial texts, own images and product structure are owned by the service holder or by third parties who have authorised their use. All rights reserved.

La parte del software liberada como código abierto se distribuye bajo licencia AGPL v3 y se publica en github.com/enekui/padellixpadel. La marca y la imagen corporativa no quedan cubiertas por esa licencia: no puedes usar el nombre Padellix ni el logotipo para fork comerciales sin autorización expresa.

The inclusion of a link does not imply recommendation, association or endorsement unless expressly stated.

§ 07Disclaimer of liability

The service holder works to keep the site operational, secure and error-free. Nevertheless, no permanent availability or total absence of technical failures is guaranteed. The holder is not liable for damages arising from use contrary to the published terms, unlawful third-party interference or force majeure.
